Launching March 17

USC’s Enrollment Services Division (ESD) is proud to announce the launch of a new Salesforce Contact Platform on March 17, 2025. By replacing Oracle Service Cloud and the current askUSC site, this project allows ESD to join the same platform used by Advise USC, enhancing collaboration with campus partners to better serve our students.

The Salesforce Contact Platform will establish a modern and intuitive system that will deliver greater reliability and compliance with student data privacy standards, while minimizing the organizational, system and data siloes that often hamper the student and staff experience. It marks a crucial step in reducing our reliance on the Student Information System (SIS) for student communications and the processing of student records.

Most importantly, Salesforce will empower the Division to provide excellent customer service and promote the university’s values in a fiscally responsible, accountable and accurate manner.

All ESD Oracle Users are asked to watch the USC Intro to Salesforce video before attending live training sessions. 

Live Training Sessions will be held Monday, March 10 and Wednesday, March 12. Recordings will be posted in the Training Resources section. 

Note that office hours and additional training sessions will be available through mid-April.
