Provost IT conducted six SWOT sessions with steering committee members discussing the impacts of the Division’s student engagement practices and processes. Together, we documented over 160 comments which inform the project success criteria.
These sessions were thoughtfully designed by the project team during weekly meetings that began in May 2024. The project team’s efforts defined the structure for the project and SWOT.
